Trail Life is a Christian scouting organization for boys and young men. As many know, Prepare the Way charters the American Heritage Girls troop here in Central Oregon, which is a partner organization for Trail Life. There is renewed interest in starting a Trail Life troop in Central Oregon again. Prepare the Way was the charter organization for a Trail Life troop many years ago, but the troop lost several key leaders and did not continue.  For more information on Trail Life, see their website:

Right now, we are collecting names of people who are interested in getting more information on Trail Life. This is not a commitment to join. You will just get on a list to stay informed about upcoming information meetings and the future direction of the troop. We have someone interested in the main leadership position, but the troop will require several key positions to be filled by dads (possibly some moms) before being able to start.
